Cleaning the visible droppings is only one part of the job.
The affected rooms, materials, contents, and access all change the scope. Hard surfaces and porous materials do not behave the same way, and cleanup works best after the active source is controlled.
Do you handle what I have?
You do not need to diagnose the problem before contacting us. Start with what you can see at the property.
- Rat or mouse droppings along walls, baseboards, floors, or shelves
- Droppings inside cabinets, closets, garages, or storage areas
- Rodent urine, staining, or odor in affected areas
- Nesting debris left after pest activity
- Animal feces or urine on accepted property surfaces
- Waste around stored contents where the area can be accessed
- Post-infestation cleanup after the source has been controlled
Control the source first.
If rodents or animals are still entering the property, cleaning alone does not fix the cause. The same area can become affected again.
Aseptaclean handles accepted cleanup work. Extermination, trapping, live-animal removal, entry-point sealing, exclusion, structural repair, and remodeling are handled separately by the appropriate provider.
We do not diagnose whether an infestation is active or guarantee eradication.
What the cleanup can include
The written scope is based on the actual condition and the areas that can be reached.
- Review of affected rooms, surfaces, contents, and access
- Removal of accepted visible droppings, animal waste, and loose nesting debris
- Cleaning of approved hard, accessible surfaces
- Detail work around baseboards, fixtures, edges, cabinets, and reachable areas when included
- Limited contents handling when specifically included
- Odor-source reduction where the affected material is actually cleanable
Hard and porous materials need different expectations.
A surface can look similar from above while behaving very differently once urine or waste has reached the material.
Hard surfaces
Hard, nonporous surfaces may be cleanable when the condition fits the accepted scope and the area is accessible.
Porous or damaged materials
Carpet, carpet pad, unfinished wood, subfloor, drywall, cabinetry, seams, and other absorbent materials can hold urine or odor below the visible surface.
Cleaning the accessible surface does not guarantee odor inside damaged material can be removed. Aseptaclean does not perform structural demolition or repair under this service.
Why this is different from normal house cleaning
Routine cleaning assumes the property is already in a maintainable condition. Rodent-dropping and animal-waste work can change the order of work, access, and expectations for different materials.
- Waste may need to be addressed before detailed cleaning starts
- Furniture and stored contents can block affected surfaces
- Different materials can require different expectations
- The scope may separate cleanable surfaces from damaged material
- Protective equipment or work-area controls may be used when appropriate
The estimate follows the condition, not just the square footage.
Photos are often enough to screen the job. Larger, heavier, or unclear conditions may need an onsite walkthrough before a firm scope is prepared.
