Detailed Deep Cleaning
High-detail, one-time cleaning for homes that need more time and precision than routine housekeeping or a standard deep-cleaning appointment allows.
Kitchens, bathrooms, shower glass, baseboards, doors, fixtures, edges, appliance detail, and other areas can be built into a defined project scope.

A one-time reset for homes that need more than a standard checklist.
This service is for properties that are still manageable, but need concentrated time on the areas ordinary cleaning tends to move past too quickly.
When detailed deep cleaning makes sense
You may not need specialty cleanup. You may simply want the home brought back to a much higher level of detail.
- Routine cleaning is no longer catching up with the buildup
- The kitchen or bathrooms need concentrated detail work
- Shower glass, tile, fixtures, or edges have visible accumulation
- Baseboards, doors, trim, and overlooked surfaces need attention
- You are preparing for a move, listing, guests, or another life change
- The home needs a defined one-time reset without recurring service

Kitchen detail
Kitchens usually carry more detail than a standard room because grease, appliances, cabinet faces, fixtures, edges, and food-prep surfaces all need different attention.
A defined kitchen scope can include accessible counters, backsplash, cabinet faces, appliance exteriors, sink and faucet areas, reachable trim, floor edges, and other agreed surfaces.
Cabinet interiors and appliance interiors can be added when requested and accessible.

Bathroom and shower detail
Bathrooms often need more than surface wiping. Glass, tile, fixtures, seams, edges, vanities, tubs, and showers can all carry visible buildup.
The scope can include toilets, tubs, showers, fixtures, vanities, mirrors, reachable tile, shower glass, edges, and buildup that can be safely improved through cleaning.
Mineral deposits, etched glass, failed caulk, damaged grout, corrosion, and other material damage may remain even after thorough cleaning.

Whole-home detail means the overlooked surfaces are actually part of the job.
The difference is often in the parts of the house that ordinary maintenance cleaning does not spend much time on.
- Baseboards and door faces
- Reachable trim and ledges
- Fixtures, switches, and reachable vents
- Floor edges and corners
- Accessible areas beneath or behind safely movable items when included
- Vacuuming, mopping, and surface-appropriate floor cleaning after higher surfaces are addressed

Occupied home, vacant home, or move-related reset
The service can be scoped around a home that is occupied, nearly vacant, or empty. The condition, access, furniture, appliances, and requested detail determine how the job is planned.
Move-in and move-out preparation can be handled as a detailed one-time cleaning project when the property fits this service and the work is defined in advance.
The finish matters as much as the dirt.
Stone, specialty metals, wood, coated glass, delicate finishes, and other sensitive surfaces should not be treated as if every cleaner or method is interchangeable.
The material, manufacturer limitations where known, visible damage, and safe access all affect what can be included.
Cleaning can improve buildup. It cannot reverse permanent staining, etched glass, failed caulk, damaged grout, worn finishes, scratches, corrosion, or discolored material.

Deep cleaning is labor-driven.
Two homes with the same square footage can require very different amounts of work. We price around the actual condition and the level of detail you want.
- Square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Grease, soap scum, mineral deposits, and general soil level
- Number of cabinets, appliances, windows, and fixtures included
- Whether the home is occupied or vacant
- Access beneath or behind appliances and furniture
- Stone, specialty metal, wood, coated glass, or delicate finishes
- Parking, stairs, elevators, and loading distance
- Deadline and requested level of detail
“Deep clean” should not be a vague promise.
Before the project is scheduled, the estimate should make clear which rooms, surfaces, interiors, appliances, specialty items, and priorities are included.
If additional work is requested or the visible condition is materially different from what was shown, that is discussed before the scope changes.
Repairs, refinishing, structural work, pest control, and regulated biohazard work are not included under a standard detailed deep-cleaning scope.
How it starts
Tell us what you want the property to look and feel like when the project is finished.
-
01
Send the property details.
Include the city, approximate size, bedroom/bath count, condition, deadline, and the areas you care about most.
-
02
Send clear photos.
Wide room photos plus close shots of kitchens, bathrooms, shower glass, appliances, and visible buildup help define the work.
-
03
Walkthrough if needed.
Large homes, heavy buildup, specialty surfaces, or unclear conditions may need an onsite assessment before the price is finalized.
-
04
Approve the written scope and price.
You know what is included, what is not, and what assumptions affect the work before scheduling.
Request a Property Assessment
Send the property details, photos, areas you want included, and your deadline. We will tell you whether photos are enough to scope the project or whether a walkthrough is the better next step.
