Severe-Condition Property Cleanup
For neglected or heavily soiled properties where long-term buildup, difficult kitchens or bathrooms, odors, debris, or limited access make a normal deep-cleaning quote unrealistic.
We review the property first, define what can be handled through cleaning, and separate anything that belongs to another provider.

This is for properties that need substantially more than a normal deep clean.
Severe-condition work may involve years of soil and buildup, spoiled food, strong odors, accumulated debris, difficult sanitation conditions, blocked surfaces, or several rooms that need to be recovered in stages.
When ordinary deep cleaning is not enough
The condition matters more than the label. Some people search for "gross filth cleaning"; we generally call this severe-condition property cleanup.
- Multiple rooms have heavy, long-term soil or buildup
- Kitchens or bathrooms need extensive hand work
- The property has been neglected or vacant for an extended period
- Spoiled food, residue, odors, or accumulated debris affect usable areas
- Contents or clutter limit access to surfaces
- The property needs to be completed in priorities or stages
- A normal per-room or per-square-foot cleaning quote would be misleading

A difficult property does not always need to be solved all at once.
Large or severe-condition projects can be divided by room, floor, or priority area so useful progress happens first.
Start with what the property needs next
A listing deadline, unit turnover, family handoff, or long-term recovery project can require a different order of work.
Separate clearing from cleaning
If contents block the surfaces, clearing may need to happen before detailed cleaning can begin.
Work in controllable sections
One kitchen, bathroom, floor, pathway, or priority room can sometimes be more useful than promising the entire property in one step.

What the work can include
The written scope is built around accepted cleanable surfaces and the condition that is actually present.
- Heavy soil and buildup removal from accepted cleanable surfaces
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Floors, baseboards, doors, fixtures, edges, and accessible surfaces
- Approved contents handling when specifically included
- Multi-stage cleaning after rooms are cleared
- Progress photos or checkpoints on larger projects when agreed
Cleaning can improve buildup and usable condition. It does not repair damaged finishes, failed materials, structural problems, or every source of odor.

If the condition changes category, the work stops there.
Severe-condition cleaning is not a catch-all term for every hazardous property.
If we uncover human biological material, regulated waste, active pest conditions, structural damage, unknown chemicals, or another issue outside the accepted scope, we do not quietly treat it as ordinary cleaning.
Human trauma scenes, human biological material, regulated medical waste, hazardous chemicals, structural demolition, pest extermination, and work outside Aseptaclean's current legal, insurance, training, or equipment scope are not included under this service.
Cleaning can improve a surface. It cannot reverse material damage.
Heavy buildup sometimes sits on a surface. Other times the underlying material is stained, deteriorated, worn, corroded, etched, or otherwise damaged.
The estimate is built around what can realistically be improved through cleaning. Repair, refinishing, demolition, and replacement remain separate.
This distinction matters most in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinetry, walls, fixtures, porous materials, and areas affected for a long time.

The estimate follows the severity and the work required.
Photos can show whether the project may fit, but severe, multi-room, or unclear conditions usually need a walkthrough before a firm price.
- Severity and square footage affected
- Number of kitchens, bathrooms, and high-labor detail areas
- Contents volume and access
- Porous versus nonporous materials
- Utilities, ventilation, parking, and stairs
- Waste or disposal requirements
- Crew size and project duration
- Whether pest, repair, or another specialty provider must go first
We need accurate information, not an explanation for how the property got this way.
The condition determines labor, access, equipment, sequencing, and whether the work is within our scope. That is why photos and walkthroughs matter.
The purpose of the review is to build a workable plan and define what can realistically be completed—not to judge the person or property.
What happens next
Start with the visible condition and what needs to happen next with the property.
-
01
Send photos and a short description.
Include the location, affected rooms, deadline, and the areas that matter most.
-
02
We review the condition and project fit.
We determine whether the visible condition fits Aseptaclean's current service scope.
-
03
Walkthrough when needed.
Severe, multi-room, or unclear properties usually need an onsite review before a firm scope is prepared.
-
04
Set priorities, scope, and price.
The written estimate identifies the accepted work, assumptions, boundaries, and any staged approach.
-
05
Work moves forward against the approved scope.
If the condition changes materially, the affected work pauses until the next step is agreed.
