His background includes a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and histology and surgical pathology.
That background shaped a procedure-driven way of working: define the task, document important changes, protect what should not be disturbed, and make the end point of the job clear.
This background reflects controlled-process discipline. It does not grant contractor, remediation, medical, environmental, or regulatory authority.
